Eligibility Criteria for MAKAUT CET Notification 2024
Eligibility
- Candidates for entry-level programmes must have completed their 10+2 from an accredited board with at least 50% in the pertinent disciplines.
- Candidates who wish to be considered for admission to the PG programmes must have graduated from an accredited institution with a minimum of 50% in the pertinent disciplines.
Exam Pattern
- Exam Mode: The MAKAUT CET 2024 Examination will be held through OMR based (offline mode).
- Type of Questions: The question paper will consist of multiple choice questions (MCQs).
- Papers: The question paper will be divided into two papers, i.e. Paper I – mathematics and Paper II – physics & chemistry.
- Shift: The test will be held in two shifts – morning shift & afternoon shift.
- Negative Marking: ¼ of total marks allotted of question will be deducted on every negative response.

How to Fill the online Application of MAKAUT CET Notification 2024.
- Candidates must download the application form from the university website.
- Complete the application form with all the necessary details.
- After filling out the application, the candidate must print it off and attach copies of any relevant documentation.
- The completed application form must be turned in on paper to the university office.
- In contrast to the equivalent charge of INR 1000 (INR 500 for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH), the applicant must pay the application fee of INR 800 after submission (INR 400 for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH).
- Demand draughts payable to West Bengal University of Technology in Kolkata must be used to pay the fee.
