JK SET Application Form 2024, JK SET Exam Date, Eligibility, Latest Update, The JK SET 2024 application form will soon be made available online. The University of Kashmir will oversee and conduct the JK SET test in 2024. The test is open to applicants who are interested in working as assistant professors at the various colleges and institutions in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. For the purpose of evaluating the eligibility of applicants for Assistant Professor in Universities and Colleges of UT of J&K, (JKSET) and UT of Ladakh (LASET), the State Eligibility Test (JKSET/LASET) will be held. 38 subjects will be covered by the SET tests being given at three centres: Jammu, Srinagar, and Leh by the University of Jammu (Nodal Agency). In order to apply for the exam, eligible applicants will need to create an online account.
JK SET Application Form 2024
The University of Jammu, Jammu administers the state-level Jammu and Kashmir State Eligibility Test-JK SET 2024 on behalf of the state government of Jammu and Kashmir. In Jammu and Kashmir, this test was primarily used to determine candidates’ eligibility for assistant professor lecturerships and lectures in universities and degree-granting institutions. The performance of the candidate in the two SET papers taken together will determine their eligibility for the position of assistant professor.
Candidates should have completed their UG exam from some recognized university.
Those who have completed their Ph.D. will be given a relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks (i.e. from 55% to 50%) in masters for appearing in JKSET.
Applicants may also get the relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks in masters for appearing in JKSET.
Candidates should have appeared for the subject of their post-graduation only.
The Applicants belonging to the general category must have attained at least 55% marks and reserved category applicants must have attained at least 50% marks in their last qualifying exams.
Candidates appearing or have appeared for the Master’s degree examination may also apply for the exam.

How to Fill the online Application of JK SET Notification 2024.
Visit https://admin.jammuuniversity.ac.in, the school’s official website.
Next, click the “JK SET 2024” option that appears. The screen will change to a new web page; click the “Apply Online” link.
After clicking the link, you will be sent to a registration page where you can fill out your information, including your name, date of birth, active email address, working cellphone number, and “Password.”
After filling out the registration form and clicking “Register,” your screen will show the message “You have successfully registered for “SET 2024.” Please keep track of your application number and password for future use.
Next, input the application number, password, and security code by clicking “Candidate Login” in the top menu.
If all of the entries are right, a new webpage will open; click the “Fill up of Application” link.
Completely fill out the reservation, personal, and academic information. Click the “Save” button after adding your photo and signature.
This just has to be done once. Click the “Final submission” option if the candidate is confident that all the information is accurate.
The applicant must pay the cost using internet banking by clicking the “Online payment” link, entering their information, and paying the application fee.
Select the “Print your Application” link, fill out the form, and then press the “Submit” button. For future use, the ID number in the PDF application form must be cited.
